INGREDIENTS:

Burdock root, dandelion root, nettle leaf, marshmallow root, red clover leaf and flower, alfalfa leaf, peppermint leaf, licorice root, ginger root and calendula flower.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Use 1 tsp to 1 cup of water. Bring the water to a boil. Turn the heat off and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
