Ingredients
5-Gala or another sweet apple sliced thick
2 Tbsp. water
Nonstick skillet with lid
Preparation
The apples can be sliced with an apple slicer. Slice apples
and put in your skillet.Add the 2 Tbsp. of water and cook on medium high.
Add more water as needed to prevent burning. It is okay to fry a little in water until slightly caramelized.
Variations: May add
lemon juice, coriander or vanilla mixed into the water for extra flavor.
