Upon registration a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due to secure your reservation and the remaining balance is due the day of arrival. You may pay by credit card or check.

If you wish to pay by check, please be aware that your booking will only be confirmed once your funds have cleared our bank.

Programs are priced on a “payment-in-full” basis due when you arrive. We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards. If preferred, you may post-date your check for the starting date of the program and mail it to us in advance.


The deposit paid at time of booking is non-refundable. However, refunds are given ONLY in the case of an emergency which means you cannot come due to circumstances that are out of their control such as serious injury, hospitalization, death, or cancellation on our part.

If you cannot come due to reasons that are NOT an emergency, you may transfer their deposit to a future program. Transfers are valid for up to 6 months effective from the dates they originally registered for.

Additional Costs

Your package does not include:

  • Additional Herbal Supplements and/or Teas
  • Additional Hydrotherapy and/or Similar Treatments
  • Additional Body Rubs

Please note: Even if extra treatments and/or extra herbs are recommended, they are still considered extra charges. Any additional costs will be explained to you. Herbal products are to be paid for immediately. If you receive extra treatments, it is with the understanding that you will pay for them by conclusion of the program.

Early check-in on Saturday night is an option for those unable to arrive on Sunday. However, there is an additional fee of $50 for singles and $75 for couples. The extra fee covers the additional night of lodging as well as Sunday breakfast.


Not acceptable as a form of payment. As most insurance policies do not cover certain aspects of wellness programs, we do not file any claims with insurance companies.


Unfortunately, we are not able to provide for you to work in exchange for a lifestyle program.
